If we both agree to proceed, we'll send you a questionnaire form to provide details about your dog's routine, diet, behavior, and medical history, as well as proof of vaccinations and our service agreement that outlines the terms and conditions of our service.

Once you've completed the form, we'll send an invoice for a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance to secure your dog's stay.

The remaining balance must be paid 14 days prior to your dog's stay.

A few days before the visit, we'll send a packing list, and then it's time for all the fun stuff - walks, playtime, lots of fuss, and lots of fun!

Our premises are licensed and regularly inspected by the local authority to ensure compliance with stringent regulations related to animal welfare and safety. Our home has various safety measures, including a securely locked garden with 6ft fencing, a double-latch system on the front door, and a high internal secondary barrier to prevent accidental escapes. We also have smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, and an emergency evacuation process in place in case of an emergency. For added convenience and organisation, we have separate storage areas for food, raw feeders, and medications, all of which are kept securely locked. We are also trained in canine first aid to handle any medical emergencies that may arise.

We provide various creature comforts to ensure that dogs under our care feel comfortable and happy. These include a temperature-controlled home, regularly replenished filtered tap water, scatter rugs, dog beds, and sofas available for use throughout the house. We offer country walks and air conditioning during hot periods to maintain a comfortable temperature. In the summer, we even have a doggy paddling pool for dogs to enjoy. Our medium-sized garden provides ample space for dogs to play, and we are raw-feeding friendly. We also provide toys for all dogs under our care to keep them entertained and engaged.
